Consensus building work via our numerous committees, including our Federal Affairs Committee, Surface Water Committee, and Groundwater Committee

Legislative tracking at the state legislature

Participation at Texas Water Day, TWCA's annual DC fly-in event

Preparation of informational papers on water policy issues

Preparation of comment letters to state and federal agencies

Submission of legal briefs in state court and agency proceedings, subject to our amicus brief policy
