On behalf of our members, TWCA routinely works with legislators and agency staff to promote sound water policy in Texas. We actively track legislation related to surface water, groundwater, government entities and water districts, open records and open meetings, and other subjects of interest to our members. In some cases, TWCA initiates legislative proposals supported by our stakeholder committees.
