Dean Robbins, General Manager: Dean has been with TWCA as Assistant General Manager since 1996. Previously, he worked for the Texas Natural Resources Conservation Commission (now the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality) where he last held the position of Deputy for the Office of Water with broad responsibilities for many of the State’s water programs. Dean has a degree in civil engineering from the University of Texas.
Stacey Allison Steinbach, Assistant General Manager: Stacey joined TWCA in June 2015. She previously worked as a utility district attorney in private practice, as a staff attorney for the Texas General Land Office, and most recently as the Executive Director of the Texas Alliance of Groundwater Districts. Stacey holds a bachelor of science in biology and ecology from Baylor University, a master of science in wildlife and fisheries sciences from Texas A&M University, and a juris doctor with honors from the University of Montana School of Law.
Lisa Henley, Office Manager and Event Planner: Lisa has been with TWCA since 1999 and manages the association's office. She also is responsible for planning and organizing all TWCA events. Lisa previously worked in marketing and sales at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas and attended Texas State University.
Adeline Fox, Director of Communications: Adeline joined TWCA in 2017. She previously worked as project manager for WaterPR and as education and outreach coordinator for several groundwater districts in the Texas Panhandle. Adeline has a bachelor of science in agricultural communications from Texas Tech University. She is currently pursuing an executive master of public service and administration from the Bush School of Government and Public Service of Texas A&M University.
Becky Arledge, Administrative Assistant: Becky has been with TWCA for 16 years and performs a majority of the administrative duties for TWCA.
